On-line graphics are displayed in a separate GRAPHICS WINDOW. This window may be moved on the screen and its size may be adjusted to your needs. After erasing the current plot contents (use the CLEAR GRAPHICS button) the next plot will fill the resized graphics window.
After selecting the target nuclear charge Z_t, the PLOT button may be used to display scaled electron densities ρ_e versus distance r for all shells of the specified ground-state atom (Hartree-Fock-Slater values). These densities may also be stored in ASCII files by using the STORE button (see BASIC MODE).
After an energy-loss calculation is performed within CasP, the GRAPHICS button may be used to plot the total electronic energy transfer Q_e versus impact parameter b. Note that the sum over all shells is plotted on a logarithmic Q_e scale.
